FRANK GREEN,  Managing Director:  Corporate Finance

Mr. Green is a Managing Director of Corsair Advisory Partners Group (“CAPG”) and oversees our private placement advisory services practice.  He advises clients on various transactions, including corporate finance, securities, structured finance, M&A and cross-border transactions.  Mr. Green has experience in the oil, gas, commodities, manufacturing, health care and security management industry sectors. He counsels senior management on corporate governance, compliance and related advisory matters. His practice also includes international project finance and business transactions with a focus on Europe, Southern Africa and Asia.  Mr. Green has worked both in-house and in senior management positions, most recently as a principal at a New York capital markets advisory boutique.  After working five years as a corporate finance attorney at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and prior to going in-house, Mr. Green practiced corporate and securities law in the Washington office of a top Amlaw 100 law firm. During his tenure, Mr. Green handled complex transactions involving PIPEs, SPAC initial public offerings and M&A transactions, to name a few. Representative transactions include serving as both issuer’s and underwriter’s counsel to an electrical switch manufacturing company and related manufacturing concerns in various private securities offerings totaling $100 million. Mr. Green also advised a Middle Eastern bank on U.S. securities listing requirements.  In the energy sector, Mr. Green advised as M&A counsel among others, two majority shareholders of a target energy company on share divestitures and executive compensation matters in an acquisition by a larger energy concern. Mr. Green holds a JD from American University, Washington College of Law, where he earned the Dean’s Award for Highest Grade in International Business Transactions, a MA, International Relations, Cum Laude, International Political Economy, American University, School of International Service; Georgetown University, Engalitcheff Institute on Politics & Economics; and a BA, Political Science, University of Delaware.
