Therefore, we have strategically limited our primary focus to these industry sectors.  This is more so with respect to our merchant banking operations (CMPG), than it is with our corporate finance advisory operations (CAPG); which is more subject to serving industries beyond M.E.N.T., where  required.

• CMPG is our merchant banking unit that makes direct private equity investments in M.E.N.T. companies or projects. CMPG also provides debt financing on: corporate financings & restructurings, and project financing opportunities. Our objective is to improve and strengthen the ROI parameters and capital structure, while managing the risk profile.

• CAPG is our mergers & acquisitions / corporate finance advisory unit that provides value-added strategic M&A advisory services to M.E.N.T sector clients. Services include: M&A, Corporate Funding, Strategic Planning, Corporate Valuation & Project Management. CAPG also provides value-added management consulting services to related companies or projects, as needed.
